Process

Engineering review of the complementary operation against the part drawing and assembly intent.
- 02
Tooling and fixture setup (rivet anvils, wash baskets, thread-forming taps) integrated into the existing cell.
- 03
In-line execution with poka-yoke and torque / pressure monitoring where applicable.
- 04
Final inspection, cleanliness verification and packaging according to customer specification.
